Continuum of Care
As you age, you anticipate your care needs to change. We do too. We understand and that's why several of our communities are continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs). A CCRC is a community of housing and health services that offers a continuum of options to meet the evolving needs of seniors while allowing them the security of remaining in a familiar environment. At a CCRC, a resident can begin at one service level, perhaps independent living or assisted living, and move onto other levels of care based upon needs. All of these services are offered on the same campus. We believe this design allows us to regularly integrate new information and best practices into our programs and services to ultimately serve you better.
