First Look For Charity 2009

The nation’s largest auto show is coming to Chicago in February and so is one of Chicago’s biggest single-day charity events. The exclusive First Look for Charity is a black-tie affair that you don’t want to miss. It presents a unique opportunity for you to spend a fun night out while providing financial support to Franciscan Community Benefit Services.
At the First Look for Charity, held the evening before the Chicago Auto Show opens to the public, two attendees will win big: a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro or a 2009 Kia Borrego. Vehicle winners must be present.
Sales of the 2010 Camaro begin in the first quarter of 2009. The world-class sports car is fuel-efficient; its 3.6L direct-injected V-6 delivers an estimated 26 mpg on the highway. The all-new seven-passenger Borrego represents what a midsize SUV is capable of offering. And Kia's first-ever DOHC 4.6-liter V8 engine, with a best-in-class 337 horsepower, delivers a class-leading towing of 7,500 pounds.
But most important, your support of First Look for Charity helps Franciscan Community Benefit Services and 17 significant Chicago-area charities in a big way. From an event that raises more than $2 million annually, including $2.8 million last year, your donation will be beneficial.
Abundant hors d’oeuvres, champagne, wine and soft drinks await those getting the first look at the more than 1,000 new vehicles – some on display for the first time anywhere – at the Chicago Auto Show.
